Welcome to the Inclusion Cafe. I am absolutely thrilled to launch this website. Here you can find the resources and expertise needed to guide you pm the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) road to achieve purposeful results. As the Founder, I strongly believe in the value of equity and the importance of fostering inclusion by embracing difference.

We are committed to providing individuals with effective resources, training and consultancy solutions dedicated to enhancing the DEI knowledge by providing the frameworks needed to build the abilities and skills required to thrive. Changes in the political landscape have forced a need for effective DEI leadership, so honest conversations can lead to a real understanding of difference and how we all benefit through inclusion.

Beyond that, we also believe that diversity makes our organizations stronger and our differences should not be accepted but valued and embraced. We are here to bring subject-matter expertise to the table and quality resources to enliven and invigorate a sense of community.
